Refund policy
At JahSteamaz, each item is handcrafted with intention and is entirely one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique and artistic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances for products or services. All sales are final.
Once your order has been shipped, JahSteamaz is no longer liable for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during transit. We ship all items via Jamaica Post, and from that point forward, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service to ensure a safe and timely delivery. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim for compensation.
Exchange Policy:
We only offer exchanges in rare circumstances for select items. Specifically, if your Kutchi or Gritty arrives broken or damaged, we may offer a replacement—only if reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photo evidence. After this timeframe, no replacements or exchanges will be honored.
Repairs & Adjustments:
We do not offer free repairs. If you would like a product re-adjusted or repaired, the client is fully responsible for all shipping and repair costs. However, if you receive your item within the first 5 days of delivery and the bamboo fittings are not connecting properly, we will correct the issue at no charge, including the labor—though return shipping may still apply.
