** ALL USA ORDERS: Please note that due to updated U.S. customs policies, import duties and taxes may apply to your order upon delivery. These fees are usually minor. Often around 3-6%of your order value—and are collected directly by FedEx or U.S. Customs.

Please refer to each product description for specific processing times, as all items are handcrafted to order. Processing times may vary depending on your order. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and occasional environmental or logistical delays that come with island-based production, orders may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and innerstanding.

 Once your item has been shipped, the postal currier will be responsible for tracking and safe delivery until the package reaches your local postal service. 

Once your package has been dispatched, it is entrusted to the postal services and your government-issued postal service for delivery. They are responsible for the tracking and handling of your package from that point forward.
